I have been waiting impatiently for a new business to go into this spot in my hood. I was so happy when I saw Virtue pop up.
Virtue is a place to go chill in your neighborhood and unwind with you bae after a long day at work or simply meet up with friends and catch up on the busy lives that we all seem to keep. They have board games, cards, a full bar ready to give you exactly what you order, and of course tvs for those of you that like to constantly have you eye on the latest game or news.
I enjoyed the music that was playing through the speakers while I sat at the bar enjoying a glass of wine with my friend during my first visit to Virtue. It was an easy to listen to mix of r&b that added to my relaxation. The staff were friendly and at the same time not over bearing.
The space hosts events from time to time (though I have never been to one) and they seem to range from paint and sip style nights to private parties and even vendor focused events where you can purchase some cool things.
The prices at Virtue are almost unbelievably reasonable, $5 for a glass of wine and the same for a mixed drink.
I am so glad to have Virtue within a couple of blocks from me. -

My friend I were looking for some place to get a drink before a event, since we had arrived hour early.
Used my yelp locator and found this bar, and so we walked about 5-7 minutes to go get ourselves a drink.
When we got there we were only people in the bar, the bartendar seemed bit grumpy because we came in and ordered a drink.
then I think was owner or manger came out from office then turned up the music which was way to loud for this time of day and we had trouble hearing each other talk.
We did enjoy sitting on the couches and drink our cocktails and thought they were little pricey for Maker's
The woman's restroom was out of paper towels and had very little tp.
I don't think I will be back. -

Friend and I saw the ad on FB for paint and sip. Really did not go foe the wine but friend did! The painting was fun and the wine was also a great treat $5 dollar bottles. Then the young crowd came it was time for us to go. But nice spot to hang and drink a little. They had games which was a plus but I didn't play any.

This spot is pretty chill and good for a decent pregame. I was here for margarita Monday's and it was $1 for super sweet margaritas and GREAT music. The vibe was cool. I'll definitely be back for a middle of the night groove. They shut down at midnight That's the only reason they are missing the last star.

Very small yet classy bar. I came for Margarita Mondays where they have a select margarita for $1 until 9. Yes I said it $1! Boy are they strong! I only had two and it was nice how the bartenders are willing to let you buy five at a time versus making you come back. I also like their partnership with the food vendor. I would like to see a little more fluidity between the virtue staff and the food vendor. It's like the bartender doesn't give any info unless you ask specifically, yet if you're paying with card you have to cash out with the bartender. *rolls eyes* Lots of potential to be great!
